Hyris bCUBE 2.0 device for HLVd Testing

The bCUBE from Hyris is a portable PCR tester which analyzes and amplifies RNA for detecting DNA sequencing. With the HLVd test kits, the bCUBE is 99% accurate for detecting Hops Latent Viroid (when proper SOPs are followed. SOPs and IFU included with purchase).

The bCUBE can operate with either 16-well or 36-well cartridges. With each test, one well is reserved for the Positive Control (PC) and one for Negative Control (NC), yielding up to 14 or 34 plant tissue tests simultaneously, in under 2 hours.

It is connected via Ethernet or WiFi and can be driven from any browser, even a smart phone or tablet. Results are graphically displayed in chart form, along with raw data and summary screens. Test results are stored indefinitely and can be viewed at any time, from any browser (after successful login ID & PW). There is no subscription fee ($0) once your device s/n is registered through Hyris.

This SKU is for the device itself. To accompany each device, we recommend one-time purchases of:

• Dry Bath Incubator
• Pipette for 0.5-10uL
• Pipette for 10uL-100uL
• Mini Centrifuge to ensure plant tissue makes full contact with the extraction buffer
• Conical Tube Rack to hold the 1.5mL collection tubes

Thereafter, your operating supplies should include:
