Just like the ever-popular Sunshine #4 Aggregate Plus "Black Sunshine" comprised of peat moss & perlite & silica & dolomite lime, but with slightly more perlite. So it dries-back faster, and you can water and feed faster. Otherwise exactly the same, even to the penny.

These compressed 3.8 cf bales decompress to 7 cubic feet each, making it a low cost media for high volume applications.

It is a blank slate, the plants get what you feed them and nothing else. Great for building your own super-soil if you want to get creative with bone meal, feather meal, other dry amendments.
